Support tokens cost $250 USD each. One support token is required for pay per incident support for CODESOFT, LABELVIEW, or LABEL MATRIX in the Extended Support Phase. Three support tokens are required for pay per incident support for SENTINEL, LABEL ARCHIVE, and TEKLYNX CENTRAL.
Payment is proceed with Paypal system. You will be able to pay using:
- Your Paypal account by clicking Log In button on Pay With PayPal page
- Your Credit Card without creating a paypal account by clicking on Pay with Debit or Credit Card button on Pay With PayPal page
At this time, TEKLYNX Support tokens are only available for purchase in Euros via the Storefront but the Paypal Payment method used on this site allows you to convert Euros to your currency.
It can take up to 10 minutes for your token to be created and sent to you. If it has been more than 10 minutes since placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still have not received your token information, please contact TEKLYNX for assistance.
After you purchase, you will receive an email with your token. Then you can use your token at any time you want when you need support if your TEKLYNX product version is in Extended Support phase. Contact TEKLYNX Technical Support and provide them your token.
